		<description>Long distance is much easier! i&#039;m slow, but i can endure!. i&#039;ve really been missing long runs this summer with injury.  can&#039;t wait to get back in the groove and tackle another marathon!

		<description>I am the same way in that long runs often feel easier to me.  It takes me a couple miles to get in the groove, so I just start to hit my stride by the end of a 5K. Longer runs get easier after the first few miles.</description>

		<description>I am a huge fan of cold oatmeal with yogurt in the summer time... pair it with some seasonal fruit and it is just about my favorite breakfast :) I am not much of a runner but I like to go swimming and biking.
