  2. I too have a great recipe for french toast .. I take orowheat light bread or ,,a high protien bread like Daves Killer Bread. I then use egg whites from a carton or just egg whites, and almond milk instead of regular milk. Lower carb recipe anyways.

  3. I love this website!! I recently started getting back into fitness & overall healthy, i love the recipes, they are real & totally do-able, doesn’t make you feel like your “dieting” simply adjusting the ingredients…thank you!
