Creating delicious lunches makes eating healthy on the job much easier. When I make lunches I look forward to eating, I’m less tempted to go out to eat which saves me money and helps keep my meals more nutritious during the workweek.
My new fav lunch recipe…1 piece of garlic naan from trader joes, 2 tbsps of bruschetta sauce from trader joes, 2 small strips of pre-cooked chicken breast (in the deli section)… Just put the naan in the toaster oven or oven, microwave chicken for about 30 seconds, and put on top of the naan and spoon on the bruschetta sauce …YUMMMY and just under 300 calories, totally filling!
