i just tried your pb energy bites with a few tweaks and LOVED them! i didn’t have wheat germ so instead i used 1 tsp. of milled flaxseed and 4 tbsp of oatmeal. i also only used 2 tsp. of sugar and thought they were plenty sweet! thanks for the great idea!
