The perfect spring or summertime pick-me-up. Packed with vegetables, fruit and fresh mint, this green smoothie is naturally energizing and a great go-to snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or light coconut milk (coconut milk will yield a creamier smoothie)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach or fresh kale (trim away the stems if using kale)
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 5 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
