A creamy, doughy, cinnamony smoothie treat!
- 1 extra large frozen banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 date, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. (Note: You may want to start with 3/4 cup of milk and then add more until your desired thickness/thinness is achieved.) Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
