Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Toss everything together in a bowl and pour onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray
  3. Roast in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes
