Nike Air Pumps

March 22, 2011 by Julie 51 Comments

Comfy Shoes Rock!

  • Green off the shoulder top: Dué Per Dué (via Marshalls)
  • Belt: Goodwill (The same one I purchased this weekend for $2!)
  • Dark skinny jeans: William Rast (via RueLaLa.com)
  • Cognac and gold shoes: Cole Haan (via RueLaLa.com – You may see these shoes with another outfit on a date night with Ryan here!)
  • Gold mesh bracelet: Banana Republic (Outlet)

Cole Haan with Nike Air Technology

I love these shoes because not only do I think they’re super cute, but they’re also really comfortable. Apparently they are made with Nike Air technology to make them extra comfy. Sch-weet!

Ha, seing the title, I was ready to scroll down and see you sporting a pair of those old school Nikes with the little thing on the front that you could literally ‘pump!” The shoes you’re actually wearing are much much better!

You always look so cute! I have a question, do you have issues with Banana Republic jewelry? I always buy their stuff because I LOVE it, but whenever I purchase their “gold” jewelry it turns colors so quickly, and on several occasions, the jewelry has broken! Do I just have bad luck? Just curious if you had the same issues?

actually i AM having an issue w/ the gold mesh bracelet i’m wearing today! the gold does seem to be tarnishing a bit. i’m bummed!

Oh no! Their stuff is pretty expensive, even at the outlets, so I get so upset when it tarnishes, I wonder if you can clean it…

I don’t know about this type of jewelry, but I clean tarnished silver with dry baking soda. I put the jewelery in a plastic ziplock bag and cover it with baking soda, and seal the bag. Then, I rub the baking soda over the jewelery. (I’m sure you could rub it on without it being in a bag but this way is mess-free) It works pretty well for things that aren’t too tarnished.
          I hope this works!

I have two pairs of Cole Haan boots from the outlet, and they’re some of the most comfortable shoes I own! This outfit is so cute. I love the little zippers at the bottom of the pants.

Yeah, I gotta say- I’ve heard “rules” about work attire like no open toed shoes, nothing strapless (or off the shoulder), etc. so I probably wouldn’t feel professional in that outfit at work. But taking out the location factor, it’s really cute!
