Ryan, Sadie and I spent the remainder of our morning on a 3.5 mile hike on our favorite bear, alligator and snake-laden trails.
The wildlife we saw on today’s walk was limited to squirrels and lizards. Vicious beasts!
Lunch
On our way home from the trails, we ran a few errands and grabbed the necessary ingredients for homemade pizza. I think Ryan was a little jealous of my delicious looking veggie pizza from last night and he was craving pizza this afternoon.
When we arrived home, we prepared a pizza topped with spinach, pizza sauce, mozzarella, Italian chicken sausage and avocado.
We didn’t add the avocado until the pizza came out of the oven because we were unsure how it would hold up in 475-degree heat.
I ate three slices of the pizza along with a sliced apple.
Even after eating pizza two times in less than 24 hours, I feel like I could easily eat it again for dinner tonight.
You can never have enough of the good stuff!

Hummus and veggies!!
I poach apples with cinnamon and vanilla, then eat them warm with Greek yogurt and slivered almonds. This is especially delicious as a post-dinner snack 🙂
My favorite healthy snack is kettle corn popcorn 100 calorie packs….it hits my sweet tooth 🙂
Orowheat thin, toasted with almond butter, sliced banana and ground chia seeds sprinkled on top.

For a healthy, yet flavorful snack I’ll sprinkle popcorn with a little truffle oil and Parmesan cheese.
Peanut butter, chocolate, and banana smoothie! The combination of protein powder and banana keep me feel for a while.

My favorite healthy snack is low fat vanilla yogurt mixed with vanilla protein and high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I know it sounds gross, but it actually tastes really good and hits the spot every time!

My absolute, hands-down, favorite snack is celery and peanut butter. The refreshing crunchy celery and creamy peanut butter go together great – and it’s easy with almost no cleanup, which is such a huge bonus!

My go-to healthy snack is Chobani greek yogurt! Sometimes a handful of almonds. I also make my own protein bars, way better and more customizable than store-bought ones!
Mixed nuts is probably my favorite snack, but I like Greek yogurt too.
I love a bowl of chopped up fruit. My favorites are apples, strawberries, and oranges.
My favorite healthy snack has to be an apple with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter! It’s sweet and filling – I love eating an apple a day!
My go to healthy smack is Chobani yogurt. I absolutely love the key lime flavor, it tastes exactly like the dessert, but is a much healthier option!

Chobani plain yogurt with frozen blueberries and cocoa roasted almonds or a sliced apple with peanut butter and cinnamon!
Sliced Honey Crisp apple sprinkled with cinnamon! It tastes like apple pie. And if you take it with you to snack on later, the cinnamon keeps the apple from browning.

My favorite snack is a chip called Chippins! They are great, they are made out of popcorn but are in chip form! So I can get my chip fix but in a healthier way!
