Bernie Salazar Interview + Giveaway

Ryan, Sadie and I spent the remainder of our morning on a 3.5 mile hike on our favorite bear, alligator and snake-laden trails.

The wildlife we saw on today’s walk was limited to squirrels and lizards. Vicious beasts!

Lunch

On our way home from the trails, we ran a few errands and grabbed the necessary ingredients for homemade pizza. I think Ryan was a little jealous of my delicious looking veggie pizza from last night and he was craving pizza this afternoon.

When we arrived home, we prepared a pizza topped with spinach, pizza sauce, mozzarella, Italian chicken sausage and avocado.

We didn’t add the avocado until the pizza came out of the oven because we were unsure how it would hold up in 475-degree heat.

I ate three slices of the pizza along with a sliced apple.

Even after eating pizza two times in less than 24 hours, I feel like I could easily eat it again for dinner tonight.

You can never have enough of the good stuff!

Bernie Salazar Interview + Snack Smart Giveaway

    Wasa crackers with laughing cow cheese and salsa on one and PB and honey on the other. Satisfies my sweet and salty cravings 🙂

    my fav healthy snack is carrots and celery w/ hummus. with so many different flavors of hummus, it never gets old! i like to add sunflower seeds for some added texture!

    Lululemon giveaway!!! I’ll make you my favorite snack everyday for a year LOL. whcih really wouldn’t be hard since I love snacking on fruit (Ambrosia apples, pineapple, grapes, melon, strawberries, oranges.clementinesetc. )

    My favorite healthy snack is basically breakfast, but it’s delicious at any time of day — fat free greek yogurt mixed with blueberries and multi-grain cheerios. Delicious at any time of day!

    Favorite snacks are fruits (kent mangos, blueberries, watermelon and Fiji apples) or if I’m feeling spicy, cheese doodles (in moderation of course!)
