Ryan, Sadie and I spent the remainder of our morning on a 3.5 mile hike on our favorite bear, alligator and snake-laden trails.
The wildlife we saw on today’s walk was limited to squirrels and lizards. Vicious beasts!
Lunch
On our way home from the trails, we ran a few errands and grabbed the necessary ingredients for homemade pizza. I think Ryan was a little jealous of my delicious looking veggie pizza from last night and he was craving pizza this afternoon.
When we arrived home, we prepared a pizza topped with spinach, pizza sauce, mozzarella, Italian chicken sausage and avocado.
We didn’t add the avocado until the pizza came out of the oven because we were unsure how it would hold up in 475-degree heat.
I ate three slices of the pizza along with a sliced apple.
Even after eating pizza two times in less than 24 hours, I feel like I could easily eat it again for dinner tonight.
You can never have enough of the good stuff!

Strawberry greek yogurt with blueberries!
My favorite healthy snack is a whole wheat tortilla wrap with either almond butter, cashew butter, or walnut butter wrapped with a banana inside. Eat it now!

A couple wasa crispbreads with some cheese melted on them and then a tiny bit of avocado on each of them.
My favorite healthy snack (of the moment) is Texas Caviar and whole grain crackers or chips! Mmmmm!
My favorite snack is usually a kashi granola bar or fruit!

Protein pudding is my favorite snack. cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and some sf ff pudding mix in a blender until smooth. My fav combo is chocolate cheesecake. Can’t get enough!
Vanilla yogurt topped with Bare Naked granola or banana smoothie with almond milk and coconut oil… both are delicious!
