Bernie Salazar Interview + Giveaway

Ryan, Sadie and I spent the remainder of our morning on a 3.5 mile hike on our favorite bear, alligator and snake-laden trails.

The wildlife we saw on today’s walk was limited to squirrels and lizards. Vicious beasts!

Lunch

On our way home from the trails, we ran a few errands and grabbed the necessary ingredients for homemade pizza. I think Ryan was a little jealous of my delicious looking veggie pizza from last night and he was craving pizza this afternoon.

When we arrived home, we prepared a pizza topped with spinach, pizza sauce, mozzarella, Italian chicken sausage and avocado.

We didn’t add the avocado until the pizza came out of the oven because we were unsure how it would hold up in 475-degree heat.

I ate three slices of the pizza along with a sliced apple.

Even after eating pizza two times in less than 24 hours, I feel like I could easily eat it again for dinner tonight.

You can never have enough of the good stuff!

Bernie Salazar Interview + Snack Smart Giveaway

    my favorite healthy snack is probably a banana, some better n peanut butter and a little homemade granola! ya get a little bit of everything- holy satisfying!

    My favourite healthy snack is definitely cottage cheese with granola and banana. Yum!

    My favorite snack is absolutley banana ice cream!!

    take 1 frozen banana, frozen strawberries, 1 tbs coco powder, stevia, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbs liquid (water, coconut creamer, almond milk etc)
    blend on low!

    you get an amazing ice cream consistency!! top with fruit, cacao nibs, chocolate, goji berries and BAM!
    way better than pink berry 🙂
