I love Goat Cheese just plain without a recipe… One of my guilty pleasures is spreading a little goat cheese on some crackers… MMM! I LOVE it in my salads too!

Apple desserts are my go-to so naturally I can’t wait to try the apple strudel! The recipe alone is making my mouth water! 🙂

I have begun using goat cheese more and more. My favorite recipe so far is warm goat cheese salad where the goat cheese has been coated in bread crumbs, lightly sautéed then served over greens, yum! The recipes I would love to try are the risotto and gnocchi from chevrie as well as the strudel. Can’t wait!
