Goat cheese is so tasty! I especially love it baked on top of a salad. The risotto recipe looks and sounds fantastic; it’s a must try! All of the dessert recipes sound great but I’m leaning toward the Apple Strudel. 🙂

What recipe featuring goat cheese would you most like to try? I would LOVE to try your butternut squash risotto. It loooks tastey and I love butternut squash. I made a recipe by Giada from the Foodnetwork once; it was butternut squash, bow tie pasta, basil, goat cheese and walnuts…it was so good and the flavors are perfect together. I ate most of it.

If I won the Holiday Sweet Treats with Chavrie the recipe I would make first would be the Cherry Bread Pudding. I am a sucker for bread pudding to begin with, and with goat cheese and cherries married together; I might make that this weekend! A perfect holiday dessert or brunch item!

Thank you and good luck in Savannah!!!

    1) I’d like to try a fancy grilled cheese sandwich with goat cheese, honey, havarti and bacon on crunchy, honey wheat bread.

    2) The first recipe from the Chavrie website I’d try would be the creme brulee because I hardly ever get it but when I do, I’m in love so it’s a special treat!
