I am all about yoga right now!
My workout of the moment is running. Love it.
A run followed by some hot yoga to stretch it out after is great for the cooler months!!
Because I’m a full time working from home mama, I’m all over great workout DVDs I can use in my basement!!! Lately I’ve been doing a exercise ball workout to get some extra stretching in, just makes me feel better during the day!! Thanks for keeping me motivated!

I’m switching off between HIIT workouts and barre- and I love them both!
I’ve been doing T25 in preparation for my wedding in Feb and LOVE IT! It’s so short!
I just finished a marathon a couple months ago, and switched over to Pure Barre about 5 weeks back. It’s been awesome for me 1. because i need a major break from running and 2. because it’s super low impact! I do about 5 classes a week there, and mix in a spin class or two to keep it interesting 🙂
My go to workout is usually running, but with the time change I’ve found it harder and harder to go after work. So yesterday I decided to do my own at-home workout during commercials. Usually I’d rather watched TV than work out – but this way, I get to do both! I really enjoyed it. Each commercial is about 20-30 seconds long so I switch each time…30 sec jumping jacks, 20 sec squats, 30 tricep dips etc…then I rest during the show 🙂 I think it’s here to stay.
I am loving CrossFit right now! I just started 3 months ago and I never thought I would be “one of those crazy CrossFit people”, but I am LOVING it! Very empowering!
Just joined my university triathlon club, so running, swimming and biking!
I currently love spinning classes!
Lately my workouts have been yoga and running ! I am actually doing a December yoga challenge and that is helping me to do yoga everyday !

This is tough because I like so many different ways to workout. If I were to pick one, I would say the bootcamp classes that I take at the local gym.
Spinning! Just started going about a month ago and I am obsessed. It’s a great way to really work up a sweat when I can’t be outside as often.

Currently I am training for a 5K and then a half marathon…so lots and lots of running with the pups. I try to add in Barre DVD workouts for at home in the morning.
I am loving cardio kickboxing right now! I’m even thinking of taking a class to instruct kickboxing at my college next semester…I love it that much!
My sister got me sucked into CrossFit. I’m one of “those people” now 🙂
I’m totally hooked on Body Pump! I joined a new gym a couple of months ago which has these classes and they are my absolute favorite!
I’m loving my bootcamp classes right now – 3/4 nights a week…they are definitely getting me in shape!
I’m loving lifting heavy right now. I’m trying to focus on squats especially

My favorite workout of the moment is, like always, RUNNING, particularly long runs (8+ miles). That with a nice long stretch session afterwards, is perfection 🙂

I am going to be honest here, I don’t get to workout as much I would like with been at home with little one, so I try and do some of the you tube workouts from home and often a brisk walk around the estate here:)
My current workout is Pure Barre! I finally joined the craze and the $100 month unlimited for new members.
I’m a first year medical student, so I don’t make it to the gym that often. I’ve started lifting weights at my desk or doing some jumping jacks/push-ups/running in place during my study breaks to fit at least a little bit of exercise in!
I just started Barre, and I am loving it!
