My gym had a trial class for PiYo this week! It’s my NEW FAVORITE THING, EVER! I can’t wait for when they start offering it next year!
I currently have a stress fracture (from overtraining!) so I’m learning alternative ways to exercise (I normally just run), such as the bike or yoga!
I’ve never been a runner but I’ve been doing interval running workouts on the treadmill and it makes me feel good and keeps me on my toes 🙂
Great giveaway! My favorite workout at the moment are the T25 videos. They’re only 25 minutes, and I can do them in my living room!

Workout DVDs at home during nap time! I am loving Crunch Pilates Yoga Blend with Ellen Barret. I actually have quite a few of her DVD’s–she’s my favorite!
I’ve been trying some of the Ballet Beautiful workouts. Man, they make me shake so much. I did the arm workout this morning and every time she would stop to stretch I could barely lift my arms!
I’ve been really into spin these days! I can’t seem to get myself for a run because I would rather be on the bike 🙂
I love taking boxing classes.. it is called fighter conditioning and it is truly a full body workout.. the trainers mix up the classes between punching the heavy bags, lifting weights, core strength exercises, resistance bands, and lots of sprints!

I have been really into hot yoga classes now that the winter months are here! It helps with the stress from work as well.
At home, I’m a Pilates girl, but I’m getting the itch to join a gym again where I hope to get back into body pump!
Well, I am boring and just love walking my dog 2 miles every night when I get home from work. But, with the snow and ice, my core actually gets a decent workout from trying to stay upright! 🙂

I am a member at the ymca near me. My favorite are the bootcamp classes! I love them but I’m also trying to decide whether to start adding more running and train for another half marathon. But running…. We have a love/hate relationship!

Lately, I’ve been just enjoying yoga DVDs in the comfort of my living room 🙂
Piloxing! It’s a combination Pilates/boxing class. You do the class barefoot and my gym darkens the room and puts on the party lights and disco ball. It’s incredibly energizing and such a fun workout!
Since it has turned cold, I’ve been mostly hitting up my gym for spin classes!
My go to workout is at home DVDs right now…it’s just too cold to do anything outside!
Getting back in the swing of things after having a baby – going to start the Bikini Body Mommy 3 program!
I’m into barbell lifting at the moment- squats, bench press, overhead press, deadlifts and power cleans.
My cousin introduced me to Jillian Michael’s workout DVDs. I LOVE them now. She’s tough but motivating!
