My HIIT workouts! I just set my interval timer and create it as I go!
i am totally missing bodypump! my schedule hasn’t allowed me to attend classes recently. i hope to get back to it in the spring though. for now, running has done its job of getting me to the gym.
Since joining a new gym this past July, I have fallen in love with Bodypump. BUT, playing soccer will always and forever be my favorite way to exercise!
I tried barre 3 recently when I visiting a friend and loved it. The only bad thing is that the closet barre studio is 45 min away from me 🙁
I run almost every day, but lately I’ve been loving to switch it up with some Body Pump classes!
I am currently loving at home barre videos! It’s way too cold to do anything outside!
I love treadmill workouts. Playing with the speed/incline makes for a different workout everyday!

I’m loving a class at the gym called Sweat, which combines muscle training with cardio. It’s a great workout and definitely makes you SWEAT 🙂
I’m all about running right now but trying to balance it with one yoga class and one or two days of strength training each week.
PiYo has been my workout of choice lately- which causes my husband to go around loudly exclaiming “piiiiiiii yoooooo!”
I’m really enjoying hot yoga! Finally had a chance to try it and I totally fell in love!
I just started taking spinning classes and I’m loving them! They’ve been a great winter substitute for running when the weather is bad or it’s dark!

I’m always a fan of walking — it’s a great stress reliever.
Lately I’ve been doing fun at-home treadmill workouts, mixing incline walking, sprints, high knees, skipping and side shuffling. Way more fun than just running, and no ones there to see you bopping along to Taylor Swift while you do it. 🙂

I love my core camp class! It is a mix of cardio and ab work. But we work our entire body in the process. I always leave that class feeling like I had a great work out.
