I love barre classes!!
I just re-joined an outdoor bootcamp class which is amazing! In addition to tons of running because I am participating in my first 25K trail race in one month from today!!
CrossFit IS my jam! It has been for about a year and 4 months now. I can’t get enough of it; every day is different and challenging and so fun.
I just started playing softball and that is my workout for now. I might incorporate some running, pushups, core work, and weights eventually to be better at softball.
I was recently house sitting for my parents and wanted to change do something different for my evening workout. I noticed my mom had a Jillian Michaels DVD (Last Change Workout) sitting by the tv so I tuned into that. I was in a full blown sweat and definitely felt my muscles burning the next day, I love Jillian Michaels, she is such a power house and a great workout motivator!
I’m trying to rest this season, but am still enjoying walking to keep me sane.
I am loving a class called yoga sculpt: part yoga, part weights, all awesome!
Swimming is my first love, but CycleStrong classes are my jam this winter!
I am doing DVDs in the winter months at home. I am mixing it up with PiYo and 21 Day Fix and loving it!!
I started BodyPump at a new gym and really like it (see why you liked it so much!)…but my all time favorite is Turbokick. I just love the energy and music. More like a dance party than a workout.
Tone and Trim – it is like bootcamp made for women!! Also loving Spin classes! 🙂
I LOVE body pump! It makes me feel very strong and I feel like I’m on my way to getting toned.
I did my first crossfit workout last Saturday and I absolutely loved it! Can’t wait to go back!
I started doing a bootcamp just a few months ago which is very similar to crossfit! I do it 3 days a week & love it!!! I enjoy doing the cardio & weights together!

I am using a variety of workouts I have “pinned” on Pinterest and have a collection of workouts I have copied down from your blog. I like a variety to avoid getting bored or in a rut.
running (always) and recently i’ve been into HIIT/kettlebell workouts!
Running is always my go to exercise, but since running my (first!) marathon last month I’m trying not to get too burnt out. I’ve been absolutely loving spin class as a replacement a few days a week!!

Home workouts are my go to right now. My boyfriend and I just bought our first house and are in the process of making our own home gym so we can work out anytime we want!
Right now I am loving hard lifts followed by a quick HIIT workout. I have been such an endurance junkie most my life and it was hard to switch from cardio for 1-2hours to a quick intense workout but I love it. I do still love my long runs though:)
I’ve been really enjoying TRX. In fact, I was just admiring my burgeoning arm/shoulder muscles in the mirror just this morning! I have never, ever had definition in my arms like this and I love how strong and powerful they make me feel!
Usually you would find me in the CrossFit box, but right now I am 8 months pregnant which means my stomach gets in the way, so, I stick to walking!
I love HIIT workouts right now!!
I’ve been using my new favorite book – The new Rules of Lifting For Women – and I’m seeing dramatic results! 🙂 But when I can’t get to the gym and I have half an hour or less, there’s nothing like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVDs. She’s so amazing!
i have been dealing with fasciitis so only biking and elliptical, going to get back into spin when i get home! which I love and more yoga classes!
My new favorite workout this winter, is hot yoga. It’s my first season of hot yoga. And it’s definitely a different fitness challenge, that I am enjoying!

I am loving my VARIETY! I joined a gym that has BEAST workouts(crossfit like class), TRX and boxing. And then I do PiYo at home 2x a week. I LOVE that yoga sweatshirt!!

I’m about to start my training for the Boston Marathon, so running is becoming my workout du jour.
It’s a tie: I’m still loving barre but recently took a body pump class (that nearly killed me, since I’m only 8 weeks postpartum). I can’t wait to go back though! 🙂

I’ve been enjoying Nike Training Club classes at my gym! It’s basically like the app with a group class.
My favorite workout would be walking/running, however, I am on a forced break from it at the moment due to a stress fracture in my foot so on hold for a while. Absolutely love Reebok anything.
Since it’s cold up here in Ohio, I’m using a lot of my workout DVD’S. My current favorites are Burlesque by Jazzercise and Zumba.
