I’ve been doing the working out at home thing, but love getting out when the weather is decent enough.
I dance about 3 to 4 days a week then on the weekends I like to do HIIT workouts and stretch.
That YO-GA hoodie is so fun! I’m loving yoga lately, especially some hatha classes I’ve been taking.
I have totally immersed myself in strength training the past few months. I love being able to PR on all my lifts and it just puts me in a great mood after! Such a great stress-reliever!
Running! But I’ll probably be getting back into yoga as the weather gets colder!
My favorite workout is my dear friend’s Yoga class!!
Running with my two dogs. I am not sure who loves it the most. They get me outside even when I am not feeling it and there is nothing like tired dogs in the evening!!
I bought a groupon for a zumba studio that I am now obsessed with!
I am completely loving the Saturday morning kickboxing class at my gym. The instructor is great and makes it a lot of fun and enjoyable.
Insanity videos! They are so hard, but so good!
I am currently loving running in the beautiful weather we are having in New Orleans!!! It just puts me in the best mood & is a great way to see this beautiful city!
I’m rocking the walks and runs through my neighborhood to get fresh air after busy days at school. 🙂
Hello hello! I am currently loving HIIT workouts and the 30-day challenges – squat and plank challenge this month!
I’m 6 months pregnant so have had to drastically modify my normal workouts. However, i’ve found that elliptical, walking and some yoga does the trick!
I haven been doing the beachbody workouts and love them!
I’m training for my first half, so def running!
I’m lucky since I can run/walk to work AND my work has a shower! So lately I’ve been loving getting an early jog on and taking a quick rinse at work. It gets my day started in the best way. I have so much more energy!
Now 22 weeks into my pregnancy I’ve rediscovered my love of spin! I’ve been teaching once a week for years but have started attending more frequently and love being a student. It’s a great way to get in a good sweat session without the bump getting in the way 🙂
I started Crossfit a month ago and am in LOVE!!

Spin classes have been my thing lately. I just started them and didn’t know what I was missing all this time!
I just received Insanity Max:30 and am really excited to start it! I’ve been weight lifting and doing T25 for the past few months so I’m excited to do something new!

I’ve been running lately
As boring as it may seem, I’ve really been enjoying my basement treadmill.
my absolute fave workout is the metcon3 class at equinox – it kicks my butt in the BEST way and leaves me sore in places i didn’t know existed…
My favorite workout of the moment is yoga!
I am loving my barre classes and Orange Theory classes! They are both super challenging in different ways and keep me coming back for more!
My husband did P90X a few years ago and just started it again!
I have really been back to hitting the weights recently, and of course adding in my cardio. I am typically a yoga-junkie, but right now I have been changing it up a bit.

I teach BodyPump at my gym and have for several years, but I have to tell you, I still love, love, love it!! It is by far my favorite workout there is!!!
I am hooked on Nth Degree Fitness. It is challenging and leaves you soaked in sweat by the end of the class. Time flys by, its fast paced and fun.
I like to keep a variety of DVD’s on hand. That way there is no excuse if I can’t get out or just plain don’t want to leave to the house!
Just discovered the awesomeness of Yoga! I’m hooked!
I like running in colder weather, so I’m loving my runs right now!
Running is my favorite workout, but just ordered the PiYo DVD as a Christmas gift to myself to shake up the cross training some.
