Currently loving boxing classes at title boxing club!
My favorite workout right now is Spin Class. I’m pretty new to it, but I’m loving it. When I’m working out at home I love my TRX.
I love good old fashioned lifting! Squats and deadlifts all day 🙂
I have been loving barre classes and especially a new interval HIIT/barre class. Combines cardio and strength training.
I’ve been getting into TRX lately! It hurts so good!
My favorite work out is swimming laps in the pool ! Or yoga poses.
My favorite is still running! We live in Raleigh and the mornings are getting a bit chilly but a great way to start the day 🙂

My favorite workout right now is running because I am running the Kiawah Island Marathon THIS WEEKEND!!!! So excited and nervous. Once that is done though I really want to get back into my Body Pump classes!

I’ve been loving hot yoga lately!! Was pretty much scared to death of the heat so it took a lot of courage to try it. (to the point that a couple years ago, I even bought a Groupon for a 10 class pass and never went…) But have since been going weekly and convince anyone willing to try it with me. I’m a faithful boot camper so the yoga is definitely a change of pace and has shown some other challenges.

I am recovering from a stress fracture in my heel so my workouts have been limited for awhile. I’m hoping though to get back into running soon! In the meantime, its all about the seated exercises for me!

Hi, Julie! Such a great giveaway! I’ve always had trouble finding time to stay healthy with the craziness that is my life (getting married, working full-time, and in grad school…yikes!). But I’ve recently taken yoga at home and I’ve really enjoyed it. Of course, my dog and kitten really want to get involved as well so they prefer to stand on my back whenever they possibly can. I really want to keep up with staying in shape and I think some new workout gear would give me the confidence boost I need.

Way too many to choose!! I love spin, TRX, and intense boot camp classes, but lately the rainy Seattle weather has gotten me down so I’m back to my low impact classes. I absolutely love Pure Barre (it pretty much replaces my physical therapy for my hip issues) and yoga keeps my joints limber (power/vinyasa is my fave). I also love kickboxing as a stress reliever. Seriously, who doesn’t feel like punching a bag every once in a while??
I am a huge fan of Jesssicasmithtv workouts. With the cold weather it is hard to get myself to leave the house so her videos are perfect for me.
I’m still going strong with at-home circuits that are HIIT and strength based. So good.
Right now I’m loving HIIT and strength workouts!

HIIT workouts suit me best at times like this when the season gets busy and cold, and I need a fast, sweaty workout to keep me sane!
I do a bootcamp workout with a group of women in Columbia, SC called Twisted Sisters Bootcamp and it is the best! I love working out with this group because they keep me inspired!

My favorite workouts right now are HIIT workouts at home and on my own in the gym. I LOVE the impact it has with such a short amount of time!
I am really into spin classes at the moment – I love the intense workout and fast-paced music after sitting at a desk all day! Also loving pilates for some strength training.
