As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I love my Jillian Michaels workout DVDs. I’ve just started the Body Revolution series and am enjoying it so far – plenty of ways to modify even the earliest of the workouts to get a decent 30-minute workout.

The last few weeks I have been focusing on my running. I still feel slow but I’m making progress 😉
I took my first pure barre class on Sunday, and loved it so much that I signed up for the monthly membership and have gone every day since.
My favorite workout has been a warmup on the elliptical followed by weight training. I love feeling sweaty and strong.

I’m so swamped with grad school.work.kids. My favorite workout is the elliptical on highest intensity and catching up on an hour of tv. Lol it’s my only free time and I love it!

I have been loving just weight training lately! My workout has slacked significantly over the past few weeks and I just began to pick it back up!
I am loving Turbokick! This is a Les Mills class they offer at my local 24 Hour Fitness. GREAT cardio workout!
Hot Yoga when it’s bitterly cold outside is the BEST. I literally run in and can’t wait to hit the heated room. Aaah!
I’m loving hot yoga. I started a Groupon at CorePower and have become hooked. It’s such a good sweat and I feel very calm afterward!
