Body pump is and has been my favorite go-to workout since I started reading this blog 4-5 years ago! Never a bad workout when you’re in that class!

I’m a runner that recently became too injured to run everyday so I went through my old workout DVD’s and busted out Billy Blanks Tae Bo! It was actually nice mixing it up and my body enjoyed not pounding down on the treadmill!

Because of a recent knee injury, I am sticking to the elliptical right now. It’s super boring and I hate it, but it always gives me a great workout while also allowing my knee time to heal.
I’m doing a holiday yoga challenge at my studio and love it!!

Even though its cold out, I’m loving going on long hikes on the weekends! Hearing the leaves crunch and feeling the cold air puts me in a great mood when I’m finished!

Lately my workout jam has been renovating my new home! My husband and I are on a mission to transform our mountainside Adobe house into our own little slice of New Mexico culture 🙂 Once I am done lugging furniture and concrete (yes, concrete!) I will get back into my routine of running mixed with some at home kettlebell workouts 🙂

I am loving slow jogs and yoga. For some reason, I am feeling really fatigued, so I think it’s time to back off the intensity for a bit!
Our family is expecting our newest addition in a few weeks so we’ve doing a lot of walking! I’m really looking forward to getting fit and healthy when she arrives!
My favorite workout lately is lifting my baby in and out of the car in his super heavy car seat 🙂
I recently started doing yoga. It’s always been something I was too intimidated to try, but the company I work for actually offers, generously, a free 1 hour class every week. So I’ve been doing that to ease my way into and it’s been awesome.
I just started my half marathon training for next April and am loving it already!
With the weather so cold and gloomy I have been loving a great run outdoors whenever I can
My current obsession is hot pilates!
My favorite workouts are rowing machine workouts with members of my rowing team! Exercising with a group of friends keeps me motivated 🙂 I also love attending the core barre sessions at my university gyn though!

I’m running more than usual these days. Still not long distances, but at least regularly!
Man I wish there was an exercise I could claim to be loving right now…does carting my 30 pound toddler around while 8 months pregnant count as a workout? I tease, but I truly cannot wait to have “me” back to bend over and stretch however I want. Then I would rock that YO-GA hoodie to every class!

My favorites are HIIT workouts on my favorite apps, and running – I’m almost to the end of a year-long running streak – at least one mile a day since Jan. 1!!!

I’m currently addicted to half marathons. Ran a few weeks ago and then really adored a medal at a local-ish race so did that this past weekend and then a Christmas night race in 2 weeks. From 2/yr to 3/mo! 🙂 And I bought a pair of Skyscapes after your Black Friday post and need to get a pair for each of my sisters!
