I’m loving Spin classes lately!!
Being that I just had a baby a few weeks ago I’m having a hard time getting back in the groove, however, I run nightly when my husband gets home from work. As she naps during the day I try to include my weight workouts here at home.
Getting back into CrossFit for the new year and I can’t wait. It gets me sooo pumped up!!!!
I’m currently training for the Houston Marathon so RUNNING is my favorite workout right now 🙂

Hey there! My favorite workouts right now are actually circuits done at home mixing weights and cardio. They are great boredom busters!
I have to stick with the tried and true – running! I wake up early and get it done with 2 good friends … great way to start the day!
Favorite workout of the moment would be hiking. It’s unusually warm for Denver right now, so I’m taking advantage of the nice weather!!
Weightlighting and hot yoga!
Right now I am loving vinyasa yoga classes! I also teach and vinyasa is such a great style of yoga because each student can either modify or amp up each pose depending on their practice!
At Home workout DVDs are My thing right now!
Running and classes at the local Y! Unfortunately we don’t have body pump classes here in central PA but my Y does have several other good classes such as Piyo and power pump.
Currently into a bootcamp class at my gym. Constantly doing exercises new to me and keeping the class upbeat! I know I really like it when I feel guilty not going~
CrossFit is my jam! I drank the Koolaid a few years ago and never looked back. I also love yoga and have committed myself to doing it more often.
My favorite workout lately has been circuit training with heavier weights and a lot of plyometric moves mixed in!
Right now, just lifting heavy at the gym!
I am in great need of a new pair of running shoes!!! My favorite workout of the moment is just walking my puppy 🙂 I have been slacking on the gym. I think a new pair of shoes and some workout gear would be just the motivation I need to get back to it!

At 38 weeks pregnant, my workouts have become scarce but are usually yoga or stretching themed! And I’ve been wearing Skyscapes for the past couple months for comfort and support! Love them!
I go to a cardio pump class once a week that I absolutely love…And I do some videos at home too :))
I actually came across Dasha Libin’s kettlebell kickboxing series in August and haven’t looked back!! AMAZING workouts!! I burn up to 500-600 calories in one workout and they go so fast. I have every single one of her DVD sets now and they are in constant rotation.
