I have recently gotten back into Spin and I now remember why I was so obsessed with it before. Can’t believe I stopped going. All that counts is that I’m back, right? 🙂
I’m loving some new HIIT workouts that I can do at home! Although it proves difficult on occasion when my cat feels the need to join in on the fun. 🙂

Body Pump has been my go to now that I just switched gyms. I also just did your circuit workout from earlier this week as my workout yesterday. SO GOOD!
Hot yoga is the bees knees! I’ve become obsessed ever since a studio opened next to my work. Convenient and a great workout!

My favorite workout right now is doing weights, especially with kettlebells.
I’ve been using our Elliptical machine at home…. Working out in short bursts throughout the day is my way of getting fit!

I’ve been combining hot yoga (2x a week) and running (4 miles 3x a week). It’s been really showing some results.
I’ve been dabbling in the HIIT world! I freakin love it…. same amount of sweat in 20 minutes that used to take me an hour to produce while running (I clearly don’t run fast enough). I’d love to win me some Reebok!!
I really liked the bootcamp workout you posted the other day! That has been my workout of choice.
My favourite activity is running, but I also really like Bob Harper’s Yoga for the Warrior DVD!
At the moment I’m appreciating any and all exercise I can do! I had to stop running (and really anything too high impact) for a knee injury but i’m getting back at it…body pump tonight and I can’t wait 🙂 its been a while!

I’ve been doing mostly running workouts in prep for my next half marathon, but love the PB fingers and other blogger’s circuit workouts for when I’m traveling and confined to the hotel gym!
I am loving my Pound Fit classes! So intense, but the super loud and energetic music keeps me going!
My favorite workout right now is a class at my gym called Cardio Cut. The instructor is a personal trainer and she put together her own HIIT workout with lots of weights mixed in. She changes it up a lot so I never feel like I’m doing the same thing over and over again. It’s awesome!
Currently my fave/only workout is walking with the baby and dog when it is not freeeeezing.

I’ve been riding my bike like a maniac! I’m trying hard to acclimate to the cold weather since I know it is only going to get worse, but ah, that is not working 🙂
