I am a frequent Jazzerciser at least 5 days a week. I have been doing it for years now and it just never gets old! I did just try out Cardio Drumming and absolutely loved every minute of it…what a unique workout : ) Thanks for this giveaway!

It has been so snowy and cold up here I have begun swimming more – It’s a great workout and easy on the body!
Currently, my favorite workout routine is a mix of running and Pure Barre. I only started doing barre workouts a month ago and I LOVE it. I can already notice a difference, feel so toned, and love that it reminds me of when I used to dance up until college. I can’t believe I’m so late on the bandwagon haha
My fave workout is a strength training 4 day split upper/lower!

Pilates is my new favorite workout! I was introduced to it about a month ago and I’m loving it!
Favorite workout of the moment is free online strength training and HIIT workouts.
Right now I’m loving strength training, I try to mix it up and sometimes do circuit workouts, sometimes focus on upper or lower body, anything to keep it exciting and challenging!
I am loving lifting weights and walking my dog right now.
I’ve been loving a combo of strength training and HIIT workouts lately. Love seeing strength gains and then burning some quick calories by jump roping, burpees, jump squats, etc.
