My favorite work out of the moment is running! I stopped for a while and now that I’m getting back into it, it feels amazing to get my body moving.
CrossFit is my jam! I love lifting heavy weights with a barbell!
TRX is killing me lately (in the best possible way!)
I love my treadmill for a couple of miles of running!
I am loving weight lifting! It makes me feel so confident and strong 😀 it’s incredible to know I can lift something now that I couldn’t just a few weeks ago!
Getting back into running, Yoga, and core work using TRX – after taking time off due to being overtrained, I’m loving it! 🙂
My favorite workout right now is the Rhythm WaterFit class at my gym. The pool always feels good, and the music in our class makes it extra fun!
Bob Harper’s Yoga for the Warrior. It’s challenging but very relaxing!
Running is my jam but I just started really getting into Stronglifts and I’m liking it!
I have really been getting into strength training lately!! I love using the squat rack! 🙂
Usually running is my goto but right now I’m loving cycle because of the group setting and when it’s too cold to leave for the gym I’m doing barre3 at home. Great change ups for the cold temps here in Chicagoland.
Bought my first yoga mat a month ago and have been easing into yoga with at home videos. It’s amazing how much it has helped my lower back pain since starting!
I started PiYo this past term and it was awesome!
I’ve been trying to vary all of my workouts lately, doing functional circuits along with maintaining my running!!

I have really enjoyed mixing it up between flywheel and fly barre! I used to just run long distances as my exercise, so it’s been a great addition to my fitness routine!

I can not really workout right now due to injury but I am loving going on walks and enjoying the peace!
My favorite workout right now is running, but after my marathon this past weekend, I will be taking a couple weeks off and mixing it up with a little swimming and light cycling.
I am really enjoying Zumba and Spin. Great workouts on my non running days.
I bought the at home body pump workout system so I’ve been loving that since my current gym doesn’t offer the class. I also got a Groupon for pure bare and can’t wait to try it out!
After a running injury, I signed up for some hot yoga to take it easy. It’s been a week and I already extended my membership! Plus it helps warm up in this cold PA weather!
