Body pump is my current and longstanding workout obsession!
Right now my workouts are anything I can find on Pinterest (frequently PBF workouts!) that can be completed at gone during twin nap time!

At 25 weeks pregnant I’ve been enjoying some prenatal yoga.
I am absolutely loving spin class right now!! I love getting super sweaty especially during these cold months. 🙂

I’m currently getting back into the groove of running and it feels good!
I found bodypump or group power about a month ago and I am loving it! I really like how the workout syncs up with the music and I am really enjoying weightlifting. I have not done anything like that before (mainly cardio and some weight machines). I can already tell a difference in my strength and other movements in my day to day life.
CrossFit is my current love and will be for awhile I think. I also love to do yoga on my rest days. I love cowl neck hoodies and would love to add one to my closet!
I am loving strength training right now! But seriously need to amp up my running game for a spring race..

I am currently loving body pump classes and I also recently ran my first 5k, so running is one of my top activities right now.
My favorite workout at the moment is prenatal yoga first thing in the morning. I am just 12 weeks along, and super emotional usually, but prenatal yoga helps calm me down and center me before heading into work. My coworkers have even begun to comment how cheerful I am on days I do prenatal yoga! Haha

How pretty are these?! I love to incorporate several things into my weekly rotation and it’s almost always 1 or 2 days of running (sprinting or medium pace), 2 or 3 days of interval yoga, and 1 or 2 days of hiit body weight training–I go by how I feel and give or take one of those workouts. 🙂

HIIT! A local studio, FLEXCity has these amazing classes that combine cardio, strength, and flexibility in an amazing workout. Absolute favorite!
I just spent a week doing yoga in Bali, so I’m really digging that right now. A good stretch feels so good!
