I am currently loving FitnessBlender’s online videos! I live in a very hilly, and very smoggy place… which limits the amount of running… So, being able to work out at home has been a saving grace!
I have recently been doing a lot more HITT and circuit training. I love doing circuits because they get your heart rate up and they keep me engaged! I am taking a yoga class beginning next semester. I am a little nervous but I am excited because I have never taken yoga before!

I’m a running girl and love to run outside whenever I can. However, when it is to cold or to dark to get in an outdoor run I resort to the treadmill. It’s not nearly as good, but it’s a run!

My local studio does classes based on light weights that are always done with some element of instability, either leaning forward on one foot or standing on a bosu. They alternate that with dynamic full body movements. I have never seen such a change in my body and energy! Loving it!

I’ve been doing home DVDs but also recently started trying exhale combo cardio and barre classes and love them!

I do Philadelphia’s November Project! It’s a free workout every Wednesday and Friday morning all around the country in major cities! It’s great for getting sweaty in the morning and meeting new people!
I’ve been running for years, so that’s always my go to – but in the last couple of weeks, I’ve gotten really into rowing. I’ve already shaved 4 minutes off my initial 2k time!
