As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

One of my favorite workouts right now is running with my Dad. We always have so much fun chatting and the cold weather of December is so refreshing! I also have to say that I’m pretty dedicated to P90X! Gotta love Tony 🙂

Prenatal Pilates and Barre with dvd’s at home!
I can’t afford a gym membership right now so I have been doing at home workouts in my living room. I am also planning on getting back into running in the new year. A Reebok gift card would be amazing!!

I’ve been really into running lately, but am looking into some barre classes!
I normally love running outside but on account of the cold weather i’ve been taking it inside doing workout dvd’s for the time being
I found a new Body Pump instructor at my gym who is SO amazing! I look forward to her class no matter how sore I am afterward!
It’s turning much colder here in NY so I’m rocking the workout DVDs! I signed up for a race in February though so I need to get out there soon!
My favorite workout at the moment is Chisel! It is a group weight lifting class at our local Y and I can’t get enough of it! This is the first time I have ever been more focused on strength than cardio, and I am so digging it right now!
I am currently loving the Befit 30 day fat burn workouts on YouTube! They are the perfect mix of strength and cardio!
I recently started working with a personal trainer. I love it and look forward to those times all week. He kicks my butt in all the right ways.
The combo of running 3 days a week plus 4-5 days of PiYo has been just right for me this fall!
I love? my bootcamp classes. Love seems a hard term to use for exercise, I may not love the class but I LOVE the results. Nobody loves or even likes burpees do they?
I’ve been loving the T-25 workouts! It’s a great work out and only 25 mins.
There are some tabata workouts on youtube that have been kicking my but recently. 🙂

I’ve been loving PureRyde +Pilates classes and running so far this winter! Love the gray/black/white capri pants 🙂
I’ve really been in my running groove lately. Alternating that with lifting weights and its a good switch up to keep me motivated.

Loving prenatal yoga…I am 8 months pregnant and am looking forward to getting back to running!
I have recently tried BarreAmped. After a year of Crossfit it’s been a nice change and challenge.
I am really enjoying hiit workouts right now before I up my running again to train for the Boston marathon.

My favorite is hot yoga right now! It’s extra appealing with the cold weather!
I’ve been loving Barre Collective, Total Strength, and ROC-It; classes at the Y. I also try to get in a run a few days a week!
HIIT workouts are my favorite workout at the moment – they’re quick and effective!

Rising my horses and doing barn chores is such an amazing workout.

I’m really into Les Mills BodyFlow class for a combo of tai chai, pilates, yoga, and meditation and in need of some new colorful gear from Reebok 🙂
