I am mixing up running and body pump! Love it!
It’s still warm enough to run in Florida, so that’s been my workout of choice currently. I really really like that YO-ga hoodie too!
A friend introduced me to Piyo a few months ago and I have been loving it, especially as a 1st trimester workout! I can always convince myself to commit to it since it seems lower impact then a HIIT workout, but it always ends up kicking my butt!
I’m in a workout slump!! My cardio usually consists of running, stair climber and elliptical. Maybe some new Reebok gear will kick me into high gear to try something new!

Currently, I cant work out, because we are expecting our 1st baby in 8 weeks and DR said no go on working out!!! But I cant wait to get back into Pilates in early 2015!!!
Loving the Tone It Up workouts and I’ve been challenging myself to get in 100 miles by New Years!
I LOVE hot yoga but haven’t been able to make the classes due to schedules. So lately I’ve been
“rockin’ it out to at-home workout DVDs” and running.

I’m loving good old fashion strength training in my basement. I’ve been working out early in the morning (for me) now that I have a new baby and cardio has fallen by the wayside. It’s me and my weights all the way!

Just started back up with CrossFit after breaking my leg playing soccer a few months ago- LOVE IT 🙂 finally back to being happy… and sane!

Orange Theory Fitness! They started in Florida (I joined in Tampa) and they’re growing like crazy. Amazing workout – I loved it so much I’m now studying to get NASM certified so I can teach there 🙂

I’m currently loving bodypump classes!
I recently joined a run club area in my area and have been loving it! I’ve been running for a few years now, but getting together with other people, coupled with getting to run by our local lake has really added a great incentive to get out there!
Really into yoga lately. My studio has a 90 min sunday evening class and it has been the PERFECT way to start off my week for the last few months!
Currently I’m running outside but I will have to change that soon with these chilly temps!

I typically go to the gym as the weather recently has been very cold and snowy… but what I am REALLY loving is Barre 3! I usually hate video classes but barre is AMAZING!

My gym is closed for almost a month while it moves to a new location, so I’m doing old-school workout TAPES in my living room, and running outside since it’s unseasonably warm in Salt Lake City!
Im loving the Yoga sculpt class at corepower yoga!
I am loyalist to Body Pump but I recently joined Orange Theory- one hour HIIT studio! Look it up…it’s a sweaty but awesome workout.
My gym offers small group training with a personal trainer that has a max of 5 people. Right now we’re doing a lot of TRX and kettlebell work which I’m loving!
I actually just started Fitness Barbie’s 30 day shred home workout plan. So far lovin’ it!
Currently loving my local bootcamp. The workouts are intense!
I teach zumba, so I love that, but also love running!
KB workouts and yoga! Two totally different workouts but each make me (and my body) feel amazing!
