I’ve been loving running lately!
I am loving all my workouts and runs. I took the pressure off and am just enjoying them all
I have a half marathon this weekend so I’ve been doing a lot of running!
I have been loving track workouts! The track is well-lit (unlike the rest of the world) and it’s a relatively quick workout.
Elliptical and my own boot camp classes!
I like to switch it up. Still a spin addict but enjoying boot camps lately!
Running! It escaped me for a while, but I’m back and loving it! Which means… I could use some new gear! 😉
My current favorite “work out” has been chasing my two year old around while carrying around my big old pregnant belly. In non pregnant life I love body pump and spin, can’t wait to get back to them!
I’m trying To love running. But I am totally digging using the kettle bell again.
Living in The Midwest, I’m thankful for a good skywalk system to grt a good walk in without getting too cold.

I am newly obsessed with Barre classes but Zumba will always and forever be my fav.
Yoga is my only workout these days since I’m short on time as a working mom of a new baby. But it’s a great workout, and serves as my therapy and massage-substitute too.

I try and do a HIIT circuit in the morning before work and then a little yoga when I get home. Can’t get away from the yoga, so obsessed. I’ve been dying to try Pure Barre but I keep getting nervous and never actually signing up for a class
I am loving work out classes at my gym…anything from Pound to Kettle Bell classes. In a little bit of a workout rut since its been rainy and freezing which is messing up my running schedule. But a little change never hurt anyone so it’s probably a good thing!

I ran my first 5k last weekend so I’m all about finding more races! Running is so much more fun when you have that motivation.
I’ve rediscovered indoor cycling classes after a long hiatus. I also pulled out the P90X DVDs on the mornings it’s just too cold to go to the gym!
Zumba is my all time favorite.. Dancing and burning a ton of calories can’t be beat. I also love the Beach Babe DVDs from the tone it up girls.
I typically do a little of everything every weel. Cycle, run, bodypump, heavy free weights, yoga, etc. but I’m about to start teaching a tabata class. I absolutely love tabata and boot camp style classes. Unpredictable and always a great workout

I have been getting up at 4:30 to make it to the gym for some quick cardio (stair master or Elliptical) and weights… not the most exciting of routines but it’s working for me!!
My favorite workout is a run that doesn’t involve any foot pain/issues! Trying to build my mileage back up for the Boston marathon in April, coming off a stress fracture in my foot. I’m grateful to get in any run that is pain free! The fracture is healed, I’m just struggling with ankle issues now. One day at a time 🙂

I’ve been Crossfitting for 2.5 years now and LOVE it. (My current shoes are literally falling apart at the seams. New Nanos would be a dream come true)
Running will always be my go to workout, but I have FINALLY gotten back into yoga the last couple of weeks… My tight muscles are feeling it!
