As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I love the prenatal DVD’s by Tracey Anderson. She has a different one for each month of pregnancy! They are challenging so you really feel like you’re getting a good and safe work out

I’ve been enjoying P90X2. Having a two month old, it’s nice to have something I can squeeze in at home to whip me back into shape.
Weight lifting is always my favorite type of workout! Back day is my favorite!
I’m loving HIIT workouts and strength lately!
Right now I am doing P90X yoga in addition to my circuit training!
HIIT workouts. With work and all things going on in life, its nice to get a quick workout or WOD in!
