As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

Ooo, I really hope I win the Skyscapes! I’ve been looking at them to buy, but I haven’t made the leap yet. Crossing my fingers! Lately, I’ve been taking kickboxing classes with my Mom. Super fun, pretty intense, and Mom and I get to catch up on the way there and back. Win-win-win! 🙂

Yoga for me!
I’ve just started preseason training with my netball girls and Im loving it + plus trying barre style workouts at home!
I teach spin at the Y near me and I love the cardio and rush of teaching a high intensity workout. Lately I have been incorporating yoga and it is doing the body good!
My favorite is yoga! It’s so refreshing and restorative. I’m getting back on my feet after serious surgery, and it’s the thing I’ve missed the most.

I’ve been really enjoying workout DVDs to mix up my workouts!
I teach Pure Barre so I’m partial to the workout 🙂 I love taking other group fitness classes like spin and kickboxing to get my cardio in! Hot yoga rounds it all out and feels great on cold winter days when I’m dragging and don’t want to go to the gym.
My favorite workout is the classes at my gym. Especially step class, lifting, and yoga.
I’m loving grinding out some running for my first half marathon training!
i don’t have time to go to the gym so quick/efficient at home work outs are my go to. thankfully with pinterest (yes i have pinned MULTIPLE of yours) it’s easy to keep things fresh and different. I also have some at home gym equipment on my christmas list!

Lately I’ve been into SoulCycle! I spontaneously took my first class on a random Sunday morning a few weeks ago after hearing all the rave about it and boy did it kick. my. butt. in the best possible way. Those classes aren’t exactly cheap so I’m currently looking for a more budget-friendly alternative 🙂

I am loving the new DEFINE studio close to my house! I love the Define body class which integrates yoga, pilates, and barre all into one workout! AMAZING!!!!

Right now I am trying to get through finals so my favorite workouts have been quick ones, no matter if it is at the gym, outside, or at home.
Lately I’ve been into hot yoga! Perfect on a dark cold winter day.
