As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

Right now I’m totally into kettlebells. A few years ago I took a kettlebell class at my local gym and I’ve been totally hooked ever since! Unfortunately I’ve moved away and am no longer able to take the kettlebell class, so now I just do my own kettlebell workouts in my living room.
I have recently been loving kickboxing!!
I just finished a half marathon and started hot yoga classes, so I’m hoping to focus on those, some weights training, and get back to doing more interval running during the week.

Hi Julie!! Oh I want to win this! My workout of the moment is BODYATTACK, which I’ll be teaching tonight!
I know others are a bit more hardcore exercisers but I exercise what I can. Due to a blood clot in my past and that I must wear a compression garment on the leg now I love love to walk. Because when I was going through the beginning part of this health issue they said they were not sure how far or even if I would walk again. I walk and I ride bikes and to a degree dance (not the ballet I did do before).
I’m loving HIIT workouts and boot camp style workouts right now!
My favorite is always running. It’s pretty much all I do, other than lift a few times a week. I am starting to get interested in PiYo though!
Currently really into Barre classes! I was never a dancer, but I’ve found this workout challenges me in ways no other workout does. Keeps me motivated and working hard!
That’s funny that you mentioned hot yoga because that’s been my favorite workout for the last few months!! And that hoodie is perfect 🙂

I ran the Philadelphia Marathon a couple weekends ago, so after training for 5 months, I needed something different to get me through the holiday season. P90X3 it is!
I just started Body Pump at my gym and I’m in love!
I am loving a body blast class at my gym! The instructor changes it up every class and it’s so much fun!!
I’m doing ClassPass, and I absolutely LOVE it. I do a mix of pilates, yoga, boot camp, TRX, spinning, and barre. Pilates is my current fave! (I used to run primarily but kept getting injured.. I now see the light, and it is mixing things up!)

I have been loving hot power yoga for a while now—I try to do it twice a week with my other workouts. Can’t get enough of it! I could certainly use some new gear 🙂
I found a studio that offer Yoga, Pilates and Barre. So I am loving the combination of all three.
My husband and I are weight training 3 nights a week in the gym and I love that it’s something we enjoy and can do together! I also started Pure Barre this week and I’m loving that as well 🙂

Hey Julie! I have been an avid soulcycle junkie for over two years now, so I would say spinning is my jam!
I did the Fitnessista’s Kettlebell Rock workout this morning and it was awesome!
Tabata work outs in my basement! Love that they are tough but quick workouts and I can stay in the comfort of my warm home 🙂
I just had my two year Crossfit anniversary and it has truly changed my life. I competed in a competition this past weekend and although, I felt like I was going to die, the confidence and mental strength I gained were well worth all my efforts. I would love some Reebok Crossfit gear to go along with my WODs : )
Yoga, Yoga, Yoga!
I’m a little late to the party, but right now I am OBSESSED with CrossFit! I am usually just a runner – I’ve run 11 half marathons this year, with one more to go! – but I knew I needed to get stronger and gave it a shot. I can even get out of bed at 5am for it, which is… a miracle, to say the least!
I am loving intervals on the treadmill (sprint/jog for 30 mins) and LOVE the crossfit chase capri!!!!
I am falling in love with lifting! I recently started really incorporating it more as my main workout and have seen positive results (especially bicep results, woohoo!) At first I felt intimidated going into the weight room full of scary, buff guys but now I just go in there do my workout and leave feeling badass! ;D

Treadmill running has taken over now that it’s cold (sometimes icy) in New England!
Running is my first love, but now that it’s gotten cold I’ve really been gravitating towards spin because of the group exercise atmosphere as well as circuit workouts in my basement!
NTC app workouts are my go-to at the moment. I’m waiting until the new year to join a gym, since I know everyone will have deals, but these NTC workouts are keeping me occupied in the meantime!
I recently started the 21 Day Fix and am liking those workouts so far!
I love going to baby and me yoga. It’s awesome to be able to get a good stretch in with my son and he is able to socialize with other babies!
I’ve been hitting the gym hard this month, lifting weights and throwing in some HIIT cardio a few days a week as well. Thanks so much for hosting these awesome giveaways!
