I have been loving spin classes recently! The loud music is what I need to kick my butt on the cold mornings!
I had surgery about 3 weeks ago so I have not been given the all clear to go back to working out. Next week should be it and I am looking forward to getting back to the gym for Tabata and Strength Training!

Lately I have actually been doing a lot of your at home workouts! I have some dumbbells and I got my fiance some dumbbells for his birthday so we’ve been making a point to do the at home workouts because it’s easier during the crazy busy holiday season!

I have been loving lifting at the gym. I found a program online and have enjoyed following it
I am loving spin since it’s too dark to run by the time I get home now
I am all about interval training and lifting heavy these days! Quick and affective! Today I mixed it up with a spin class and walked out with ‘jelly legs’!

Hi Julie, Thank you for the awesome giveaways! I am coming up on my one year anniversary with crossfit and I don’t think I’ve ever been so committed to any other workout! It’s tough, but knowing that we’re all in it together keeps us all going. Now if only I could look the part with some sweet reebok crossfit nanos 🙂
My job has been beyond stressful lately, so I have been loving yoga as a relaxing break from the chaotic day! The YO-GA hoodie is absolutely adorable!

I have been getting my butt kicked at a new hot yoga studio in Nashville. The Power Hour classes are perfect for this time of year when we are all busy.

It’s FINALLY slightly cooler here in Florida, so I’ve been going on rocks with my babes at night and squeezing in some light body weight work outs in the morning before getting ready for work.

I love high intensity interval training or athletic conditioning. It pushes me but I also get my strength and cardio in at the same time!
I’m rocking at home videos, mixing up P90X3, PIYO, and am about to add BodyPump! This is mixed in with running and stationary bike 🙂

I bought a membership to Orange Theory Fitness and I LOVE IT! It’s so fast and effective! My favorite part is that it’s a different workout every time I go!

I love popping into random studio fitness classes in DC! There’s one right now called Urban Athletic Club that I’ve been going to with Anne (fANNEtastic food, Anne) and it’s great!
