My favorite workout is body pump!
I love my go-to at-home workout videos with my dumbbells and interval running/uphill walking on the treadmill!
I just moved to a new apartment and I’m really looking forward to joining the YMCA that’s nearby so I can start taking group exercise classes again!
I had been in a bit of a workout rut and was browsing your blog for inspiration. When I saw the incline walking plans, I decided to go for it and now I’m obsessed! Who knew how much of a sweat you build up from walking on an incline!!
I love going to a local hip hop cardio dance class called SKA vibe. The instructor is amazing!

I’m loving HIIT elliptical workouts- they really give me a great workout and I love the way I feel afterwards!
I’m loving barre and incline walking!
I have been doing so much yoga! I love weight lifting, running, being active in general. But recently found out I have a herniated disk (I’m to young!) and have slowed it down to walking and yoga as I heal. It’s a major bummer but I am thankful for the ability to walk and do yoga, it could always be worse!
I’ve been into the at-home workouts lately!
I love HIIT workouts– so efficient and they go by so fast!

My favorite workout of the moment is running with my best friend as many days a week through the quiet trails in the early morning. I treasure those times before everyone is up and moving!
Right now I’m loving strength training with cardio/power boost in between sets. A chest press set followed by 10 box jumps, a lat pull down followed by burpees!
Trying to incorporate more strength & lifting into my work outs since it’s too dark to run when I get home from work.
My newest fave is group cycle!

I have been doing a lot of running lately as I signed up for a December run streak. I am tempted (mostly thanks to your glowing reviews) to attempt a body pump class at a local gym next week! It is completely out of my comfort zone but I would love to try it!
Right now I only have time for quick HIIT workouts in my basement during munchkins’ nap time! Need those shoes and/or the hoodie!
After finally being cleared for a foot injury (six weeks of no weight bearing exercise) my favorite workout right now is running. It feels so good to get back out there and pound the pavement.
After living in Connecticut for the past 3 winters, I am back in the South and taking advantage of the warm(er) weather by running outside in the snow-free sunshine as much as possible!

I’ve been doing circuit training, but I’m ready to get back to more serious weight lifting.
My favorite is hiking, but as the weather is getting pretty nasty in New Hampshire I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of time zoning out on the elliptical at the gym while watching the reality TV shows I otherwise won’t allow myself….
I am loving a new spin studio that opened up in my area called C-cycle. So much fun and a great workout!
Running is my go-to but I’m looking into Shaun T’s 25 DVDs for the winter.
My favorite workout at the moment is the barrelesque class I attend at my local gym. It is hard, like a regular barre class, but fun and different at the same time!

Right now my workouts consist of walking and light weights while I’m in the last few weeks of my pregnancy. Hoping to get back to running after the baby is born. I’m not great at it but love the challenge!

I have been doing at home crossfit style workouts and tabatas!
Right now I’m doing lots of bodyweight strength workouts. I want to be in shape for my wedding, but I also don’t really have access to equipment.
I started CrossFit about 7 months ago and never looked back. It was a game changer for me. Love the challenge and love that I can say I’m a girl who lifts!
I’m currently loving my incline workouts on the treadmill because I can do them and watch Hallmark Christmas movies simultaneously! My back-up workout is hefting my morbidly obese patients around in the ICU (sad, but true, especially for my back).
Powerlifting is my jammmm!

Temperatures have definitely dropped recently, so I’m loving my evening hot yoga classes.
I love spinning currently. I’m 8 months pregnant and had to stop running and love spinning as an alternative.
