My workout of the moment is running outside with my dog. Nothing is better than getting off work and taking her through the neighborhood for a few miles while we enjoy the cool weather and christmas lights!

I’ve really been loving lifting recently. Something about how powerful I feel when I lift all those weights. I’m constantly hitting new PR’s which is super motivating!
I am a big lover of barre classes! I switch back and forth between cardio barre and pop physique but I love them both!
Woah so kind of reebok! Am on a rowing team, and now that it is too cold on the water we have been doing erg sessions together!
Trying to do some daily yoga. And I’m loving a new studio nearby that has a variety of classes that have kicked my butt!
Currently I’m loving my cardio kickboxing class! It’s high intensity is most welcomed at this time of year when treats, sweets and dinner parties seem to be endless.
I’m just finishing up my first month of pure barre – love it!!
Florida is just starting to get chilly but still very comfortable to run which is my workout of choice…or a lovely bike ride.
I’ve been addicted to Orange Theory Fitness the past few months! Hasn’t gotten old yet!!

I am LOVING the boot camp offered at my small town CrossFit gym. It is such a motivating and fantastic group of people to be around!!!

I work out alot from home and am loving the BARRE videos!
I love the classes at my gym. HIIT classes and trx or on days I don’t go to the gym I like going walking with friends, catch up time and exercise in one!
I’m currently entering the last phases of training for my first-ever half marathon, but once this is over I plan on focusing more on weights and strength training. I’m going to try some new classes like spin or group HIIT at my gym!
I’m loving Barre classes at the moment! But also starting to train for my second half marathon in a week or so!

As a Spin Instructor I get plenty of that, so I realy love taking yoga classes. But , I’m addicted to crossfit at the moment.
I Tried night time orienteering for the fist time yesterday. So much fun!
Our gym just opened up a brand new crossfit and hot yoga studio and I have been taking advantage of both!

I’m totally digging Crossfit these days – always a challenge, always feel incredible after.
I have been loving hot yoga recently. the heat and the sweat really shut off my mind and i can get into the flow. im also a big fan of Physique57 classes that I take whenever I can.
While I am still loving running, Bikram Yoga is my true love right now.

I habe been pretty low-key with workouts lately, and have mostly been going on long walks with my dog.
My favorite workout lately is Body Pump! There isn’t a class near me but I LOVE the at home DVDs!

Oh hoW I want that yoga hoodie!! I am currently into spinning as of late, it feels good to mix up my cardio routine from running to spinning!

Currently loving barre….
I started a new weight lifting routine and have reduced my cardio. It’s hard, but I have to trust that strength training will help me tone up and change my body shape more than running.
I’m always switching it up, but my go to workout at the moment is 20 minutes on the treadmill or stair climber, followed by a solid weight lifting session (Chest/Triceps, biceps/back/shoulders, or leg day). 🙂
I’m really into mechanized weights at the moment. Boring but true!
Ballet Beautiful is my new fave!
The hubby and I work out together at home every morning before work, and we’re currently doing the ChaLEAN Extreme weight lifting program. Chalene Johnson’s DVDs are my all time favorites!!

My favorite current workout is to do hill workout on the treadmill.
The weather in West Michigan has been unusually WARM this December (50 degrees this coming Sunday and SUNNY? I’ll take it!) So my favorite workouts have been long hikes along the lakeshore sand dunes with my hubbs and the pup! In the gym, I’m prepping for a Colorado Ski Trip – squat city!
