If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I would love to try Tina’s boot camp, I just love workouts that you can do almost anywhere !! It would be a great way to start January with a new fitness routine 🙂

    I would LOVE to try Tiba’s boot cam. It seems like the perfect way to tone. I recently lost some weight … Mainl by picking up running . But I have no clue what to do for toning and building muscle. Seems like this would be the perfect addition to my exercise regime. On a different note … I love your blog!!! It has kept me motivated to keep up my healthier lifestyle. So thank you and please keep the posts coming 🙂

    I did a boot camp last October here in Gainesville. It was awesome, but so challenging. I would love to do another boot camp, and you are always raving about Tina’s!

    I would love to win an entry to BBBC! After finding your blog, I was disappointed to find that I had missed the cut off for this last round by a matter of days. I would love to learn what workouts to do and in what order – I am still learning circuit training and hope to incorporate more as my training continues for the 2 races on my calendar in the spring.

    I always find I have a better workout when I have it written out, otherwise I just aimlessly wander around the gym… I’m not creative enough to make my own workout routines so I would love the opportunity to try Tinas

    I’ve never done a boot camp, and have a very busy schedule now as I transition between jobs – so one that I can do on my own time would be awesome! Plus, you rave so much about this one that I really want to try it! 🙂

    I am not very savvy in the weights section of the gym… I admit, I am a cardio junkie. HOWEVER, if I had some direction, I would LOVE to round out my workout routine!

    I have lost 32 lbs since August, but still have about 100 more to go. I love running/walking and the gym, but I’d like to try something new to shake it up. I am always up for something different and challenging!
