Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I WOULD LOVE TO!! I am going back to school so have to quick crossfit and won’t be able to afford many gym classes. This would be perfect!

    Doing a boot-camp would give me the motivation to add more strength training to my workouts! I love working out but I always find myself leaning towards cardio unless I have a structured strength workout planned, this would be the motivation I need to pump some more iron!!!

    I have wanted to try the best body bootcamp ever since you started doing it because it sounded just like the workouts i love to do! i have trouble finding new workouts and i just graduated nursing school so i didn’t have much money to spare to try it out!

    I would love to try out bootcamp! I have really been wanting to do more total body routines at the gym. I find that if I do just one or two muscle groups at a time on various days I don’t end up working out my whole body every week because I am too busy now to make it to the gym every single day of the week like I used to. Also, from what you say about Tina’s program, it’s the perfect thing to get me back on track! 🙂

    I would LOVE to be a part of Tina’s bootcamp! My daughter (first child) will be three months tomorrow an I am working so hard to lose this baby weight. I worked out until I was 36 weeks pregnant, but it is still hard to get all my strength back- this would really help!

    I would like to try boot camp because I’ve slowly been getting into the best shape of my life over the past 3 or 4 years and I feel like I need a boost to push me past a plateau. I love challenging myself, and boot camp would be a fabulous challenge.

    I love bootcamp style classes and am really trying to increase the amount of weight routines I do, so this would be perfect! I often try to exercise in a small gym in my office at lunch but the equipment is limited, so I always struggle to get creative with doing different exercises!

    I need more upper body strength!! I run regularly and started weight training to support my running. It has helped a lot, but I’d like to see better results with my weak arms. I’d love the guidance and help from Tina. Thanks!!

    I am currently a first year teacher and since starting work my fitness had dropped incredibly due to choosing my free time lesson planning rather than creating workouts to keep me motivated! This is just what I need to give me that push into staying active and healthy

    Every time you mention a workout from this boot camp I tell myself I NEED to sign up for it because it sounds like a good program! I’m always looking for new workouts to do so that I don’t get bored at the gym. It would be awesome to win this one!! 🙂
