If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    The giveaways just keep getting better and better! I’ve been dying to sign up but I’ve been too cash strapped, now more than ever and was hoping for a round 5 but I would LOVE to give this one ago! Tina is amazing and all I’ve heard are good things about her programs!

    This is so funny! I was just looking at these workouts the other day. I would love to because I don’t live near a gym and I have always wanted to try these workouts, but I am a broke student :(. I want this one soooo bad! 🙂

    Would love to try BBBC! From what you have said on the blog, it looks like there is a ton of variety. I find that I am getting stuck with a routine and I am not challenging my body!

    I would love to participate in this bootcamp. Since I moved away from my favorite work out place that offered bootcamp, I have been trying to navigate working out at home. It would be awesome to have some professional direction again!

    Tina’s boot camp sounds like it would be an amazing workout challenge. I would love to win this workout plan. It seems extremely organized and one of my biggest challenges on working out is having a plan before I go to the gym.. This would definitely solve my problem.

    I have a really hard time figuring out what I want to so for working out. I will especially need help this coming semester because I will only be able to workout in the mornings. Having someone else write the workouts and tell you what to do is so much easier!

    I have been struggling with a program to follow. I used to participate in a 3X/week fit class but moved away from that community and have been struggling since. I think this bootcamp would give me the kick I need!

    I would love to challenge myself with this boot camp! It’s so easy for me to get into a workout routine and forget to mix it up and really challenge myself. I’d love to give this boot camp a try and start out the new year with a great workout plan!

    I would love to try BBBC as I can get into workout ruts real easily at the gym. Its really easy to just go to the gym and do the same exercises I know without much thought. I am always scouring the web (spending time I don’t have) to look for new exercise ideas/routines. This would be a wonderful way to break out of my rut and try something new!!

    I just had baby number three and i have been searching for something to add to my running and really get me to a new level of fitness. I have managed to get myself in better and better shape after each baby and need some help to do it again… and do it even better. Bring on the awesome!
