Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I desperately need some guidance for workouts since I can’t pay the $40 per session my gym charges for personal training. This would help me regain control of my gym time.

    I’ve been taking boot camp classes for 3 months now, but can’t afford them anymore since I’m back in school getting my teaching credential. This would be an amazing way to keep my fitness up!

    I just got laid off from work and can’t afford to spend any $$ on working out…so this would be great to keeping me motivated for my at home workouts!

    I’ve heard about this program before but have never started it and it would be amazing to be able to get into it. It sounds like an amazing, fun way to exercise more and be more fit. I would be ecstatic if I was able to do this!!! 🙂

    So fun! I haven’t joined in on the BootCamp but every time it comes around I think about joining. I love to try new workouts to keep my body guessing and from getting bored. And I heard Tina’s boot camps are some real butt kickers! 😉

    I am participating right now for the second time and I love bootcamp because it keeps my workouts fresh and I never get bored. I also have to think a lot less at 5 am if she tells me what to do!

    I’d love to win because I’m currently doing round 3 and LOVING it!!! It’s been such a great workout plan because it keeps me accountable but is so easily adaptable to my ability and work schedule. Can’t wait to try round 4!

    Being a student, it’s So so hard to stick to a workout plan because I have to workout when I have time between work and class. It’s never the same so that pretty much rules out my beloved classes. 🙂 I would love some structure!
