If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I want to participate in the Best Body Workout because when you blog about the exciting and new workouts, it motivates me to try something new for that day too. It would be awesome to actually try the Best Body Workout and find new ways to workout!

    I would l o v e to win this one! For a few reasons!! a) I am inspired by your rave reviews; b) I’m getting married in June and need a kick start to my “Operation: Amazing Wedding Dress Bod;” and c) I’m running my first marathon in April and need to incorporate strength/cross training a couple times a week!

    Oh how fun! I have always wanted to do a bootcamp, but they are just too expensive! I am doing a half on Jan. 5th, so Jan 7th will be the perfect time to start something new!

    This would be great! I just finished a four week boot camp and would love to try this one. I struggle with what to do while at my gym and this may help me make the most of my workouts.

    Oh I would LOVE to win! I create my own workouts but I’ve been in such a rut lately! I had a baby 10 months ago and I am still trying to get back in shape. I’ve been reading about you doing these workouts as you do them and I have been so curious because they sound like something I would love to do!

    I live in a place that does not have a gym that offers a Boot Camp within 25 minutes. Having to drive an hour to work is enough driving for me! I’d LOVE the access to these work outs (my town DOES have a gym, thankfully!!).

    I just graduated from law school in May, took the bar exam, and passed! But it was the hardest 4-6 months of my life. From May to the end of July, I studied from 7am until 9 pm everyday, including Saturday and Sunday! Then I had two wait two months until I got my results! Needless to say I ate my way through the stress! Also, my two best friends (form law school) moved away: one went back to New York, the other went back to Mississippi, and I stayed in Indiana. We recently just discussed signing up for Tina’s Best Boot Camp round 4 and attempting to do it “together” at a distance. We try to do several things like this to keep in touch and stay motivated. For example if one of us decides to get up for an AM workout, we call the other two (in their respective states) and wake their butts up too so that we all suffer through a 5AM workout together!! This would be an amazing prize to win since I haven’t yet signed up for it and would be a huge encouragement and motivation!!! Not only is it something to do with my two best friends, but I also need the motivation to get back into shape now that studying and passing the bar exam is over!!!!

    I’m looking a new program to help me lose weight I’ve gained since my wedding in May. I never believe that saying about gaining weight when you get married but it happened to me! I would love to try Tina’s program…I love reading her blog.

    What better way to start the New Year than with a bootcamp to get me back into a fitness routine and on track to lose any holiday pounds! It’s so easy to get off track during the busy holiday season, so it’s important (for me anyways) to get right back to a plan! This is an awesome prize!
