Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    If I could win any giveaway I would love to win this! From seeing how much you enjoy the work outs along with all the other positive things I’ve heard I have been really wanting to participate.

    I currently can not afford a gym membership so all my work outs are done at home. This would be an amazing way to switch things up and really boost my work out regemine.

    I love hearing you talk about her workouts!! I’ve started doing a bootcamp style class at the gym but I need something I can do more flexibly with my schedule! Plus I do much better when someone is giving me a routine to do 🙂 So cool!

    I just accepted a new job and am really hoping to use the new year and the new start as a way to kick-start a few habits that have fallen to the wayside, like regular, structured workouts. This would be the perfect time for Boot Camp!

    I live in the middle of no where Midwest, in a town that does not value fitness ( you should see the looks I get running!). Having a plan, and some online support from like-minded people, would be awesome!

    This fall, I started a new job as a Kindergarten teacher (I previously taught 5th grade). Needless to say, fitness and healthy eating have taken a back burner for me as I adjusted to my new job. Now, as the new year approaches, I am ready to take care of my body once again! Tina’s Boot Camp sounds fabulous! Even if I don’t win the giveaway, I think I’ll sign up :).
