If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I’m participating in this round and I absolutely love it! I’ve been seeing amazing results but unfortunately I’ve fallen a bit of course the past couple weeks because school has been so busy. I would love to do the next round and focus on better time management.

    I am dying to try this after hearing your glowing reports of it on your blog. I love to workout but find it hard to come up with my own routine. I would really like to try this because it would keep me focused and I would know exactly what to do and when. Thank you!

    I’ve been exercising for years, but never seemed to see any changes in my body. I joined the Best Body Bootcamp this round, and I’m amazed at how I love the workouts, but I love the challenges. I would be honored to win a space in the next round.

    I missed the sign up for the last round of Tiny’s Best Body Bootcamp. I am 10 lbs from my 100 lb weight loss goal, and I need to mix things up. I would love to start the New Year with some butt kicking bootcamp!

    I would love to win this nice currently attend a bootcamp and love it. But do to hospital bills from my ICU pneumonia stay overt the summer the next few sessions (months) I’m jothubg able to afford it. I’ve been writing down every thing I can remember from each workout. This would be a great option for me!!

    It would be so great to be able to participate in Tina’s BBBC. I have been wanting to try her program ever since you first brought it up on PBF. I do my workouts at home, since I am a law student and have limited time and resources for a gym membership, so this program would be much needed inspiration and motivation for the New Year!

    I turn 44 the day before this bootcamp starts and my goal it to be in the best shape of my life by 45, so this would be a GREAT start towards achieving that goal – it sounds like an amazing program!!

    I would love to get the opportunity to try the program! I’ve been struggling to find a workout that’s right for me and I’ve fallen off the workout wagon more than I’d like so I’d love to be able to do this to get back in shape!

    Each time I go to sign up for the bootcamp, I seem to just miss the cutoff! I definitely want to win this or sign up for it in the next couple weeks! I don’t always know what to do at the gym and love structure…it’d be nice to have a plan to follow and you make it sound so awesome!

    I would love to try Tina’s boot camp! I have wanted to sign up the past two rounds but registering has slipped my mind before I could register! I have a friend doing it right now and she loves it! It is the perfect jump start for the new year and to shed these last 10 before my summer wedding!!!!

    I’ve been working out at home everyday. I’ve got motivation but I don’t know how to train my body effectively without anyone’s help so I feel like my body stays the same at all times. It would be great if I could get help from someone who is professional like Tina. I’ve never done bootcamp before so I really would love to try. Thank you.

    I would love to win the best body bootcamp entry to help me get more workouts in, working 15 hour shifts for half a week makes it hard to keep a schedule, but squeezing one of those in a break would help immensely!

    I would love to try this, I always read your blogs and know how much you love it and I am sure I would too. This past year I began my first semester of grad school in public health and it has been very hard to keep exercising because I have been commuting and working as well. I would love to start this for the new year, I am always looking for new workouts to try and pass onto others. Thanks for doing all of this, it’s so exciting to see what is new each day.     I would love love love to win this giveaway! I graduate in a few months so I will no longer be able to go to my school’s recreation center! Worst of all, I can’t go to the strength-training class I’ve attended twice a week for the last 6 months. I need a plan I can follow elsewhere and this one would be great!

    I’d like to do Best Body Boot Camp because cardio is something I “get” — I can plan for short-term and long-term goals in that area — but I’m looking for some help mixing strength training in too. I’d like to try something new in the fitness area to keep my interest in working out piqued.

    I’d love to try the boot camp! I keep telling myself that I will start strength training more, but I have such a hard time actually doing it. This will give me a workout each day to work from so I’m not guessing about what to do!
