Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp because in January I will be moving to a new state and starting a graduate program, so it would be great with all these changes to have a workout routine that I can do at home and still have community support!

    I’m so excited for this one- I’ve wanted to try Tina’s boot camp for a long time now! I tend to be scared of trying new things and just fall back in my old routines, but I think winning this giveaway would really inspire me to try something new and face my weight training fears!

    I’d love this, after losing my grandmother to congestive heart failure n diabetes, I’ve been trying very hard to break the family norm of doing/eating whatever and no exercise.
    So I’d love a fresh start in 2013, new routines, new outlooks….new me 🙂
    This boot camp would just pave the way and set it in stone!

    It’s pitch black outside by the time I leave work and even with my safety lights and neon, I’m too scared to run outside. Boot camp workouts seem like a GREAT alternative to slaving away on a cardio machine until the sun returns!

    I signed up for this last round but because “life” got in the way I wasn’t able to give it my all. I would love to do another round and really commit to it for the full 8 weeks. I know from experience just how great the workouts are!!

    I’m so excited for this giveaway! You rave about Tina’s BBB Camp and I think it would be the perfect gift for my sister this holiday season. She’s asked if I would create a book of workouts for her Christmas present this year but I don’t have much experience creating workouts. Tina’s camp seems like the perfect guide for her though.

    i recently started a teaching job and moved to a small town in nebraska – away from all gyms offering work out classes!! with the craziness of my first year of teaching, i’ve been slacking in the workout area. this would be such a great way to get my booty in gear! 🙂

    I would absolutely LOVE to take part in Tina’s bootcamp! For the past 3 years, I have been taking a boot camp class and really love it! But, I am in college, so whenever I go away for school, I am on my own with working out! It would make working out so much easier and enjoyable if I could follow Tina’s boot camp! 🙂
