Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week: Day Seven

December 9, 2012 by Julie 1,390 Comments

It’s the final giveaway!!!

I’ve had so much fun hosting Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week and thank all of you for your enthusiasm. You guys rock!

Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

THREE PBF readers will win a free entry into round four of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, comment below telling me why you’d like to participate in Best Body Boot Camp.

I will randomly select three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I would love to participate in Tina’s boot camp! I like challenging and fun workouts and Tina’s seem just my style. I did LiveFit but often found myself a little bored. From what you’ve said, Tina’s boot camp seems more up my alley and being a college student doing it for free would be awesome 🙂

I have been anxious to join Tina’s workout. I was a couple days late to sign up last round, so this is perfect timing! I need something new in my routine that challenges me and switches it up so I don’t get bored and stagnate with my workouts. Thank you so much!

I love everything that Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp stands for and I feel like it would be a great plan for me! What better way to prepare to be a Marine wife than doing my own session of bootcamp!! 🙂

I love having my workouts planned, and constantly rip new ones out of magazines (and then walk around the gym carrying my torn pages:)) – and I’ve also loved doing some of the circuit workouts you’ve posted, Julie… so I have a feeling I’d enjoy Tina’s workouts! They’d be a great way to kick my fitness up a notch in the new year.
