If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I’ve been looking for a new workout program to try but many of the programs I’ve found are pretty expensive! I’ve loved hearing about the BBBC workouts you’ve completed on your blog also 🙂

    I have been anxiously awaiting this moment! I would love to win this because Boot Camp was the beginning of transforming me into the fit person I am today. I starting going every morning when I was in high school at 6am before school. Unfortunately, I go to college in a small town and none of the gyms offer a boot camp, so winning Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp would be fantastic.

    I like how it mixes up the workouts, since I can get myself into a rut when I keep doing the same thing at the gym. I did Insanity and liked it a lot, so I’d love to give something else a try!

    Reading what you have to say about the BBBC has really gotten me interested. I am much better at sticking to a workout schedule then just making it up as I go. This sounds like a great program for that.

    I’ve had my eye on her boot camp for a few months now and was planning on entering for the round after the first of the year. I need to get in workout mode for my wedding in May and she would definitely help whip my butt into shape! 🙂

    I really need a new workout routine. I love having a schedule to follow and the community support sounds awesome! My gym does not offer classes, so joining this boot camp would help keep me on track 🙂

    I would love to be able to try out the workout! I’ve already ran a half and a 15k this year and am prepping for the Chicago shamrock shuffle and am planning on doing 13 races in 2013, hopefully first marathon. This would be a great way to start my training and work different muscles.

    I have really wanted to sign up for one of these boot camps! I used to take a boot camp class before my recent move. The classes at my new recreation center do not wok well at all with my new work schedule. ALSO I love to try new strength and cardio workouts. It keeps exercising sweaty and fun!
