If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    For about the last 6 months I have been in a total workout slump. However, being unemployed means that I haven’t been able to tryout many new workout classes or gyms. I’m really looking for something to re kick start my love for exercise!!

    I would love to win these workouts because I’m at a “schlump” in my workout routines. I’m sure I’m not the only person who gets in these seasons of uninspired workouts:) Therefore, I am looking for something challenging and stimulating, also something that will carry me out of winter with a healthier body that I started the season with. These workouts would give me the motivation that I am currently looking for.

    On August 1st, 2012, I dedicated myself to a healthy lifestyle and have lost 30 lbs. I have started running and have trained up to 4 miles currently.     I have been doing virtually the same style workout for years and I’d love to try something new, but I’ll never do it unless I have someone who I trust is going to give me a solid workout telling me what to do. This sounds like it could be it!

    I really need this boot camp. I have been in a workout slump and have not been motivated to worked out in over a week. I need some motivation and accountability to kick start myself and not be lazy anymore!

    I tend to just stick with cardio at the gym. I know I need to get into strength training more, but whenever I attempt it, I never feel like a got a “real” workout-probably because I have no idea how to properly do it. Having a program to follow would be a great way to jump into strength training and expand my cardio workouts in the proper way!

    I started looking into the BBBC at the sign up for the 3rd round but decided against it and regretted that decision as soon as it started. I really need to change up my usual routine and this looks like the perfect way to do that. Fingers crossed big time on this one!

    I’m in school/working part time right now, which means I don’t have much time and have even less money! I think the structure of a boot camp type workout would help me to get my butt in gear!

    I would really enjoy the camaraderie with others that are doing the boot camp. I love the idea of having a forum where participants can connect and motivate each other! And from what I’ve read about the boot camp on your blog and on other fitness blogs, it sounds like an awesome program.
