Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    Ohhh! This is right up my alley! I have been SO curious about this boot camp having read about it on your blog. I love new exercises, mixes, circuits etc. I would LOVE to give this a try!

    I would love to participate in the Best Body Boot Camp because I really like exercising but I’m pretty clueless when it comes to strength training and circuit workouts. Having Tina’s guided expertise in the gym would be awesome and help alleviate the boredom of my usual workout routine.

    I’d love this! I’m just finishing up training for my first RAGNAR relay which is Jan 4&5 in FL and am so burnt out on running! I’d love something to get me back into overall total body conditioning so this sounds like just the thing. I often find that unless I’m training for something, I lose motivation, so a plan like this would definitely keep me on track.

    I’m definitely intimidated in the gym when it comes to weights. I typically stick to cardio, but would like to tone/build more muscle. I’d love to participate in boot camp to get myself going!

    I would love an entry to Tina’s boot camp! I’ve kind of been in an exercise rut lately – I like going to group exercise classes and doing cardio machines on my own, but I haven’t been very motivated to put together much of a training plan for myself recently. And starting on January 7 would be a perfect way to kick off the new year! Thanks for this nice giveaway, Julie!

    I have to work out at home because a gym membership is not an option right now. My biggest struggle is finding a workout that keeps me interested and this sounds like it would be perfect!

    I have been looking for a new (possible to do at home) routine to help me recommit to consistent, challenging workouts – obviously Best Body Boot Camp would be a great fit! I am pretty sure I am registering either way, but to win this session would be super exciting!

    I need to keep with a steady strength/interval routine as a healthy cross-training component to my running! It’s easy to lose sight of balance and once it is gone, it is painful to get back – I know, because I’m fighting to get it back 😉

    I having been dying to try this!! I am such a cardio queen, but I always skip on the weights and other exercises. I would love to win this boot camp package to learn new things and to get into other ways to work out than cardio. Secondly, I just got a puppy so I would love some exercises to do at home so I don’t feel guilty leaving my new pup!
