If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I’m so ready for a change of pace. I am sorta in a rut with my workouts and want to take them to the next level – and I think this could do that for me! I am at my goal weight but really need to tone up – and pushing my limits with a boot camp could be just what I need!

    I am currently participating in the Boot Camp as well and would LOVE to do another round! I love the workouts and following the plan gives me a nice, structured workout schedule. The workouts are challenging but fun and it’s been a great experience!

    Boot camp I can do at home before or after work would be ideal!! Working full time with 2 kiddos makes it hard to fit in a trip to the gym! Plus I like the competetive edge to it as we’ll; makes me push myself. 🙂

    I like the flexibility the program offers including the option of doing it when it works for me and doing it at home. She also sounds like she really kicks your butt which I like!

    This is so exciting- I’ve been thinking about trying this since you first started posting rave reviews on the program. Winning would give me just the inspiration I’ve been looking for to sign up. Although, I’m most likely going to sign up anyway!

    i would LOVE to try this! I always read your blog and steal your circuit workouts and always am super curious to try this when you talk about it! plus i’m not very creative when it comes to creating my own workouts so i normally just do basic stuff when i hit the gym, and i get bored easily, so this would be wonderful to change it up!

    This would be a perfect gift for me. I left a corporate job because the stress began to reignite my controlled seizures. The added stress due to the lack of understanding made it worse. My husband and I decided it would be best for me to leave the corporate world, and be home for the children. The seizures stopped almost immediately, but the extra income I had for boot camps or personal training is no longer available. That’s why this would be a great gift to receive.

    I would love to win this because I miss boot camp. I used to do a boot camp class 3 days a week but now my schedule doesn’t allow for me to make a class consistently. This would be perfect for my busy schedule.

    I did one boot camp in the Dallas area (Camp Gladiator) and saw great results, but the time commitment and financial commitment made it hard to continue. Would love the flexibility of trying a boot camp at home.

    I love to switch up my workouts and this sounds like a great new way. I am moving up to a small town in January. A town that only has one gym and a lot of snow! I would love to try this out while I am up there! I know this will be a great way to shake things up!

    I would absolutely love to have the chance to do Tina’s bootcamp. I get lost as far as what to do other than cardio because there are so many exercises to choose from! I would love to have a schedule to follow. I’m not good at creating my own! And I would love to get into shape!

    Since beginning grad school, I’ve been juggling teaching, writing, blogging, and being a student, and it’s been difficult for me to carve out time to work out and take care of my body.     Reading about your rave reviews about the boot camp, I’ve been wanting to participate! I’m a freshman in college and am afraid the freshman 15 are beginning to sneak up on me, so I’d love to participate in the best body bootcamp to get me excited about and to keep me interested in my workouts.
